Grounding Values

These values are the roots of who I am and what I bring to the work.

Authenticity Real transformation starts with telling the truth. In every session, I create space for people to show up as they actually are- not as they think they’re supposed to. That means I show up that way too.

Connection The most powerful learning happens in relationship. We don’t just transfer information here. We will build something together, and be better because of it.

Meaningfulness Work should feel like it matters. Every experience I design is rooted in the belief that people deserve to understand why they’re doing what they’re doing and how it connects to something larger than what’s in front of them.

Equity Who gets to lead, who gets heard, and whose strengths get celebrated are not neutral questions. Root & Rise is committed to creating containers where everyone’s leadership is seen, named, and valued. That includes naming the conditions we’ve been conditioned to survive in, and doing the work of unlearning them together.

Play Serious work doesn’t have to feel heavy. Some of the deepest breakthroughs happen when people are laughing, moving, or doing something unexpected. Play isn’t a break from the work. It is the work!
