Jessica Davis Rash is a leadership development facilitator and experience designer with over a decade of work inside nonprofit and mission-driven organizations.

She believes that transformation doesn't happen by accident- it happens when someone builds the right conditions for it. Jessica's work is about designing those conditions. She doesn't show up as the content. She shows up as the container: the structure, the safety, and the space that makes real work possible.

Her facilitation roots run deep. From directing multi-day leadership symposiums in higher education to running People & Culture programs inside racial equity nonprofits, Jessica has spent her career at the intersection of human development and organizational design. She knows what it looks like when mission-driven people are thriving- and she knows what it looks like when they're running on empty, because she's been there too.
